Who I am
This website, livingfresh.us, is run by Patrizia Lusty (Pacey S. Hunter), an Independent RINGANA Partner based in Sandpoint, Idaho. This is my personal partner website. It is not operated by RINGANA.
What information this site collects
Messages you send me. If you contact me through a form, WhatsApp or Instagram, I receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number and message. I only use it to reply to you and to help with your question about the products or the business.
Basic technical data. Like most websites, this site may log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working properly.
Cookies and analytics. This site may use cookies and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, for example which pages are visited most. This data is used in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Embedded content
This site shows my Instagram feed and links to Instagram, WhatsApp and YouTube. When you view or interact with that content, those services may collect data about you under their own privacy policies.
Shopping and partner sign-up
Orders, free accounts and partner registrations are handled entirely by RINGANA on its own website. Any information you enter there is governed by RINGANA’s privacy policy, not this one. I never see or store your payment details.
Sharing your information
I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. I only share it when needed to help you (for example, to set up your RINGANA account at your request) or when required by law.
Keeping and deleting your information
I keep messages only as long as needed to help you. You can ask me at any time what information I have about you, or ask me to correct or delete it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact
I may update this policy from time to time, and the date at the top will change when I do. If you have any questions about your privacy, please reach out through the WhatsApp or Instagram contact options on the homepage.
